The interaction of natural and man-made factors, which is universally referred to as global warming, is the primary factor in the expansion of the negative effects of climate change.
One of the countries most affected by the negative effects of climate change is Kuwait. Where adaptation to climate change necessitates the involvement of all stakeholders in the planning and execution of numerous initiatives, including those related to water, coastal areas, the marine environment, human health, and others
As a result, in order to put into action the programs that have been proposed to adapt to climate change and lessen the negative effects of socio-economic issues, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will seek technical assistance from international organizations, the business community, and other stakeholders. Jabal Al-Hussein, Jabal Al-Lweibdeh, Shmeisani, and Al-Madineh Al-Riyadiyah are the four neighborhoods in the district. In addition, internationally accepted scientific methods were used to create an index of sectors' vulnerability. As a result, new programs have been created to deal with the various risks facing different industries and time periods. For the benefit of present and future generations, I hope that this plan will serve as a cornerstone of the policy framework for decreasing the risks posed by climate change and continuously increasing resilience to it.
A variety of natural hazards are brought on by climate change in dry areas as a result of the sequential interactions between humans, the environment, and climate change. These interactions have had and continue to have an impact on how people live their lives over time. The management practices, functional practices, technical practices, land use planning, water management, protection of human health, and identification of short-, medium-, and long-term climate change adaptation initiatives are the four vital sectors that are the focus of the proposed programs.
