The management practices, functional practices, technical practices, land use planning, water management, protection of human health, and identification of short-, medium-, and long-term climate change adaptation initiatives are the four vital sectors that are the focus of the proposed programs. As a result, stakeholders were identified in accordance with each sector's risks. The primary challenge that Kuwait and its inhabitants face is adapting to the challenges posed by climate change.
