The NAP's implementation is not solely the responsibility of EPA. As a result, stakeholders were identified in accordance with each sector's risks. As a result, new programs have been created to deal with the various risks facing different industries and time periods. This highlights the significance of international commitment to the fight against climate change and the development of national capacities for climate adaptation. Due to the fact that climate change is a global phenomenon, the risk of climate change is not restricted to a single location or individual who emits greenhouse gases; rather, the risk extends beyond that location and will affect all humans. and concluded that this problem is not restricted to political boundaries; rather, it is primarily felt by countries that are the most vulnerable and are not equipped to face climate changes, even if they did not cause them. A comprehensive ongoing monitoring program utilizing the necessary environmental data and information to continuously monitor climate change and evaluate its impact on Kuwait, in collaboration with all stakeholders in the areas of adaptation to climate change, including academia, the private sector, and nongovernmental organizations, is one of the anticipated outcomes. The primary challenge that Kuwait and its inhabitants face is adapting to the challenges posed by climate change. The Government of Kuwait, represented by the Environment Public Authority (EPA), has pledged to ensure the implementation of its National Adaptation Plan (NAP) in partnership with other governmental and non-governmental institutions. Additionally, the key sectors' primary material risks were identified.
