As a result, in order to put into action the programs that have been proposed to adapt to climate change and lessen the negative effects of socio-economic issues, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will seek technical assistance from international organizations, the business community, and other stakeholders. As a result, new programs have been created to deal with the various risks facing different industries and time periods. As a result, stakeholders were identified in accordance with each sector's risks. For the benefit of present and future generations, I hope that this plan will serve as a cornerstone of the policy framework for decreasing the risks posed by climate change and continuously increasing resilience to it. The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) was established as a major international effort to halt climate change and increase resistance to its negative effects. . The Government of Kuwait, represented by the Environment Public Authority (EPA), has pledged to ensure the implementation of its National Adaptation Plan (NAP) in partnership with other governmental and non-governmental institutions. However, in light of the increasing negative effects of climate change, it is necessary to improve our adaptability by increasing our resilience and adaptability to these global challenges. These effects include heatwaves, rainstorms, and other rapid floods, as well as an increase in the number and intensity of dust storms and the rise in sea level, which has an effect on infrastructure projects and long-term investments in the future.
